To report new auto, home or commercial claims (workers compensation, liability, property, business auto) you may:
- Contact your local agent during normal business hours
- Call our toll-free number 1-866-460-1776 at any time (7 days a week, 24 hours a day). Even if you call after normal business hours or on weekends or holidays, you will receive prompt and professional service from a member of our Claims staff.

Glass Claims
If you are a Patriot policyholder and wish to report an automobile glass claim, you may call toll-free
This service is available for claims involving only damage to glass. If there is other damage to your vehicle, you will need to report your claim to your local agent or to Patriot (see New Claims).
