Wanted to write and thank you so much far all the help you provided to me when I called to inquire about changing insurance coverage. My husband and I had been with our previous agent for many years and we never received the quick service and personal attention that you provided to us on our very first contact with you! Because of your efforts in shopping around your many companies you were able to save us over $500.00 a year!
We were able to get more coverage with smaller deductibles. I also like the fact that you placed us with a local Maine company, Patriot Insurance company, which of course fits in perfectly with how we feel about Norway Savings Bank! There is something to be said for local service. The Patriot package policy nicely consolidated all of our policies with the same effective date and the convenience of EFT billing plus, by being an employee of Norway Savings Bank, we qualified for the additional 5% savings. You made it very easy to make the switch y taking care of all the paperwork and contacting our previous company for us to cancel our prior policies.
After hearing me talk about our positive experience, one of my co-workers contacted you about her insurance coverage and you saved her over $1400.00!!
