A new Agency Settings option has been added to the iBIS Security Management feature so E-mail address information can be provided to meet the needs of additional agency communication.
The following are the agency E-mail addresses we are collecting:
- General Contact E-mail Address
- Commercial Lines Contact E-mail Address
- Personal Lines Contact E-mail Address
Agency users with access to the Security Management option will have authority to update and maintain this information for the agency. For all other users, these E-mail addresses are viewable through the My Profile option.
