Effective 11/1/ 2012, Employment Practices Liability Insurance and Equipment Breakdown will no longer be automatically included as part of quote requests in iBIS. 

These coverages will now display on the iBIS Quote Summary Screen as part of the Recommended Coverage feature when applicable based on the type and class of business being quoted.  Simply click on the Re-quote with Recommended Coverages button and the Optional Coverage or General Liability Coverage screen will appear to complete the entry to re-quote the account.

We encourage you to continue to include these coverages where applicable as part of the Recommended coverage feature.  Along with these changes, rejection forms are also being eliminated when the insured decides to not purchase EPLI or Equipment Breakdown coverages.
