Just a friendly reminder that all Patriot Insurance billing documents are available online in iBIS.

These documents can be viewed using the Pending Cancel and Billing Transaction report options.  Simply click on the Reports tab in iBIS and select either of these report options.

For new and renewal policies in iBIS, agent copy of billing documents are no longer produced.  As a result, the Pending Cancel Report is especially important and should be viewed on a daily basis for monitoring purposes.  This report displays a daily listing of all accounts for your agency in pending cancellation status.  Once an account has been paid or is cancelled, it will not display in the Pending Cancel Report.

The Billing Transaction Report displays all other billing documents such as:

– Statement of Account (Invoice)

– Notice of Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

– Direct Notice of Cancellation Rescinded

– EFT Payment Schedule

– EFT Removal Letter

– Continuous Credit Card Payment Schedule

– Continuous Credit Card Removal Letter
