At quick quote time, if violations or losses are entered that make the individual ineligible, you will receive an edit indicating the driver’s name and why he/she is ineligible.   At submission time, when violations and losses are returned that make the individual ineligible, you will receive an edit indicating the driver’s name and why he/she is ineligible.

This edit will prevent you from referring the policy to underwriting.  If you feel the edit is not justified, please contact your PL Underwriter.  They would be happy to review the situation with you.
