Have you ever needed a policy resent through download?  We have a simple way for you to make this request. Use policy inquiry and select the policy you want sent again.  Then simply click the Resend Policy Download link, and the policy will be sent to you in that night’s download.

The policy information will be downloaded as it is on the day of the request.  It will show as a SYNC transaction on your download log.

Be sure you want the policy resent, however, because the request cannot be undone.
