The following Personal Auto Changes are effective 8/1/2014 for new and renewal business.
Maine
· Insurance Score levels are expanded from 13 levels to 27 levels. The rates have been revised to be more granular between the score levels.
· Overall Coverage base rates are revised as follows:
o Liability: 4.7%
o Other than Collision: 1.5%
o Collision: 2.5%
o Overall Auto Change: 2.4%
New Hampshire
· Insurance Score levels are expanded from 13 levels to 27. The rates have been revised to be more granular between the score levels.
· The New Hampshire counties of: Belknap, Hillsborough, Rockingham and Strafford Counties will see a 5% base rate decrease.
· Overall Coverage base rates are revised as follows:
o Liability: 3.4%
o Other than Collision: -0.6%
o Collision: 1.4%
o Overall Auto Change: 1.7%
Vermont
· Insurance Score levels are expanded from 13 levels to 27. The rates have been revised to be more granular between the score levels.
· Overall Coverage base rates are revised as follows:
o Liability: 2.4%
o Other than Collision: 0.7%
o Collision: 2.6%
o Overall Auto Change: 2.1%
Changes to 6 month policies – All States
Effective 11/1/2014 Patriot is eliminating the 6 month policy option due to the low demand for this policy type. Existing 6-month policies will no longer be available for endorsement via IBIS. Changes will need to be sent to Underwriting or PL Email.
