Patriot Insurance strives to manage our book of business in a consistent manner that allows us to pursue profitable growth and provide value to our agency partners and insureds. As a result, we are making some changes to our Home policies to provide that added value, which will take effect on Sept. 1, 2016.

Here are the changes we are making to improve our product offering:  

• Age of Home relativities decreased up to 5% for homes aged 0 to 9 years
• HO-0420 Specified Additional Amount of Insurance for Coverage A, Dwelling now available to homes built from 1900.
• HO-0495 Water Back Up and Sump Overflow Endorsement: Endorsement now available to policies also endorsed with FM VPP: Value Package Plus with increased potential coverage limits up to $25,000.
