In accordance with the new systems and product changes for Commercial Lines, which will be launched state by state over the next several months, we’ve made some necessary revisions to our Commercial Lines Rule & Rate Guide. The effective date for use of the new manuals will follow your individual state’s system deployment date.

Since many of our agency partners will not have the new systems or products until later in the year, we’ve added the prefix “Legacy” to our older manuals to better distinguish between the new manuals and the current manuals. The new manuals will also be displayed at the top of the page, followed by the Legacy manuals.  

You should continue to use the “Legacy” materials for any policies that remain in the old system. The new manuals can be used for new and renewal policies written in the new Policy system once it is launched in your state.

System Shutdown This Weekend

Just a reminder that our website will be unavailable from 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 9 until 7 a.m. on Monday Feb. 12.

If the upgrade is completed sooner than expected, the website may be available late in the day on Sunday, Feb. 11.  A website message will be posted both on the public website for policyholders and in iBIS for our agency partners.
