As a result, we are making a change to our Homeowners policies to achieve both these goals.

We’re pleased to announce that a Liability limit of $1 million will be available as an option on all Homeowners policy forms for all states effective Sept. 1, 2018.

In addition, effective Sept. 1, 2018, the following rate change will be made to new and renewal business with Homeowners policies:

• Vermont Overall Rate Change: -2.2%

• Maine Overall Rate Change: 0%

• New Hampshire Overall Rate Change: 0%
