We are pleased to introduce enhancements to our Commercial Lines Policy System to make it even easier for your agency to process policy changes with Patriot Insurance. 

When it comes to adding or deleting drivers and vehicles, we’ve improved your ability to quote and complete these policy changes directly in our system. In most cases, your agency will be able to immediately issue after the policy has been updated. We’re confident this will help to reduce processing time and provide your agency with a quicker turnaround for policy changes.

For more complex changes that require Underwriting review, a printable Policy Change Request document is now available, which provides an outline of the changes entered by your agency and confirmation that your submission has been received by Underwriting.
