Effective immediately, when an Altered Terms Letter is generated for a Commercial Lines account, these documents will now appear in the Policy Notification Report that is produced daily in iBIS.

Adding the document to this report will serve as agency notification that one was produced since the Agent Copy of these documents will no longer be printed.  For future reference, the Altered Terms Letter documents can also be accessed through the Associated Documents option within Policy Inquiry.
