Patriot Insurance Company made changes to the Billing screens that will make it easier to issue Direct Billed accounts.

A new checkbox has been added to the screen that allows you to issue new commercial policies without a down payment and underwriter approval. Once you have selected your Direct Bill payment plan frequency, a checkbox is enabled that allows you to select No Down Payment. Upon selecting that new option, you will see the Recommended Down Payment change to $0.

We have also added a green button to this screen that allows you to Save and Return to Policy Group Manager. This new option allows you to further review accounts in Policy Group Manager without losing your entries on this screen.
