Patriot Insurance now offers its Commercial Lines Policyholders the option to Go Green with e-Delivery!

Agents can take advantage of this feature for new business and endorsements by simply answering “yes” to the e-Delivery question in iBIS.  Existing customers can request this service without agency involvement by agreeing to Go Green in the Policyholder Services section of our web site.

When selecting the e-Delivery option in iBIS, a new printable document will be available with the necessary access information for the insured to activate the Go Green option on our web site.  This step is necessary to maintain proper security for customer information.  If the customer does not complete the activation process within 30 days, we will automatically turn their policy pages back on.

Go Green provides Policyholders with 24/7 access to view their policy pages online.  Access is simple.  Policyholders are notified via e-mail when policy transactions are available to view online.  Policyholders simply click on the link in the e-mail notification or go online to view any policy documents or Certificates of Insurance.  It is important to inform your policyholders they must print their Certificates of Insurance and place them in the appropriate vehicles.  These documents will no longer be mailed once they Go Green.

To make our agency partners aware of which Policyholders agree to Go Green, an e-Delivery indicator was added to Policy Inquiry and the Policy Transaction Report.  We also added information to the Policy Notification Report to make agents aware of reminder e-mails being sent to Policyholders.
