Patriot Insurance Company has elected to withdraw its Commercial Lines filing in Vermont for an endorsement clarifying the definition of “actual cash value” (form 19332). Although we received initial regulatory approval and announced this endorsement to agents in July, after further consideration we have withdrawn our filing for the state of Vermont.

A related policyholder notice pertaining to the new endorsement has also been updated to reflect that it does not apply to property locations in Vermont.
