As we continue to refine our personal automobile insurance program to adapt to an ever evolving market, we are announcing the following changes:

Our Right to Recover Payment

Effective 11/1/2012, an insured’s awarded or settled damages under Medical Payments no longer has to exceed $20,000 for the Company to be entitled to recovery.  A Notice to Policyholder will be sent to all insureds explaining this change to the Company’s subrogation.
