The renewal conversion process is underway for Personal Lines policies effective 8/1/2012 or greater. As these policies renew, the policy prefix will change to HP – Home, PA – Personal Auto, FP – Dwelling Fire, PUL – Personal Umbrella and RV – Watercraft. These policy prefixes are also used for new business and endorsements being issued from iBIS.

So as a reminder, there are 2 ways to access your Personal Lines policies in iBIS:

1. For policies with a prefix of EAP or AAP – they can be accessed by selecting the Allternet option from the Policy Tab.

2. For policies with a prefix of HP, PA, FP, PUL, and RV – they can be accessed using the Quick Inquiry section on the Agency Services page or the Inquiry option from the Policy Tab.

We realize accessing Policy Inquiry from iBIS and Allternet can be a little confusing but with the renewal conversion underway we are working towards getting all policies in one centralized repository.
