On 7/16/2012, the Renewal Option found under the Policy Tab in iBIS will be expanded to include Commercial Lines renewal quotes.

With this enhancement, your agency will be able to view and request changes to the Commercial Lines renewal quotes that are made available by Underwriting. Simply select the Renewal Option and then Commercial Lines and the Renewal Index Screen will appear. Once the account is found, use the Renewal Quote button to view the proposed Renewal.

The Edit button is used to request changes to the Commercial Lines renewal and does not allow the renewal to be re-quoted at this time. If the account is not found on the Renewal Index Screen, contact your Underwriter to discuss the status of the renewal.

Included with this enhancement, the Quote from Underwriting Inquiry button on the main iBIS Agency Services screen has been changed to Documents Released by Underwriting. This change was made to better reflect what this option is used for which is to view Business Auto composite rate vehicle schedules and any New Business quotes not submitted through iBIS that were made available by Underwriting.
