In order to use these features, it is required that they activate their Billing Accounts and/or Policies. To do this, their agent number is required. The agent number requirement is 7 digits. On occasion you may receive calls from policyholders asking for this information. Please be sure to provide them with your 7 digit agency number so they may properly activate their Billing and/or Policy accounts with us.
